Nashville, TN – Modern Radio, an IoT company, wins first place and $10,000 for the best utilization of the Sertainty Self-Protecting-Data technology in the ATP Cyber HealthTech 2020 Global Innovation Challenge.
Sertainty recently partnered with Atlanta Tech Park and sponsored the Developers’ Challenge at the ATP HealthTech 2020 Conference on August 6. Seven finalists competed for an opportunity to win $10,000. Challenge companies included Modern Radio, Hytch Rewards, ADS Graphics Firm, NuGo Tech, Knightly, Karm, and Digital Droplet.
Modern Radio, the first-place challenge winner, engineered a solution that provides organizations and individuals with peace of mind in a post-Covid economy. Their “Smart Face Mask” provides professional protection and next-gen data collection by incorporating an environmental condition sensor to monitor and record air quality concentration, body temperature, sneezing, coughing, breathing, etc. The Smart Mask, which is also accompanied by a mobile app, will send alerts when environmental conditions become critical and inform users when face masks are required.
